Practitioners Board dovetail drawer guides, and are soft smooth stops in both range of motion. Drawer guides can be a bit bigger, but is quite acceptable and I doubt they will ever be broken without some serious abuse. My biggest objection is that the contestants are hard to understand (hang too close to the box) and is hollow on the back that gives a cheap feel to the otherwise excellent dresser. The handles are simple enough to be mounted with two screws so it's probably possible to replace a higher overall quality of any retailer.
