Heirloom Quality mission style furniture in solid oak, this is high-end, heirloom quality furniture that will last for decades or more. Drawer slides are ball bearing slides and drawers have oak fronts and interiors of the drawers is solid cedar dovetailed, not only cedar lined. The bed is easy to assemble and extremely strong. The chests and bedside lamps are larger than you would normally see, so far to ensure that it fits into your space. We have a bedroom large enough and the pieces that we fill up, but now we have unlimited storage. We bought a belief B, chest, mirror, 2 bedside drawers and 3 of the cash pool. The hardware is perfect, the wood is quartersawn and joined the beauty and color / finish is flawless, even though the slats of the headboard and the underside of the pieces - I am absolutely thrilled with furniture. Local furniture stores charge a lot more from this site, I must say that after spending so much money for a bedroom, I was second guessing myself - right up to when we got the furniture and set it up. My children will be given to this kind of thing to their children ... is quality. We have an antique table and chairs, mission and my sister has an old mission buffet (two after our mom), and the quality and worksmanship are comparable, even if they use modern pieces on traditional carpentry. I love Mission style furniture from when I was young and no doubt is the one set I compare with the antique furniture we have. None of the others I've seen (and I've seen many) approximate. If you are looking for luxury, quality of traditional heritage is in the bedroom / Mission Craftsman style, then this is the game for you. It is certainly worth the investment, such as Mission furniture of this quality will not lose its value if they are properly cared for.
